All measurements must be confirmed by Apex Shade Systems prior to order placement. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by clients.

 

Orders for custom-made products are final once confirmed. Cancellations or changes may not be possible after production has started.

 

Installation appointments must provide safe and clear access to windows and work areas. Delays caused by site conditions may result in rescheduling.

 

Product warranties are provided according to the manufacturer’s terms. Installation workmanship is covered for a limited period.

Deposits may be required prior to order confirmation. 

Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Apex Shade Systems reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope of work.
